Default 24V head onto 12V block conversion

Now before we go to far into this. I want to explain. I have a First Gen 5.9 Cummins with the VE Rotary Pump. I have a P-Pump so I can go on converting to a P-Pump when time comes. Well now, out of the more power part of my brain. I wanna do a 24V Head.

Why I want to do this is cause I always head the First Gen engines have the best blocks and rods (Non IC engines, cause there marine/ag engines) So I figured with the 24V having more air flow naturally, I could port it, and put a intake (A fabricated one)

Like that one on it. Would that one work? If not, is there somewhere, were I could get one? I also plan on doing a John Deere Injector conversion to it.... Think that would be neat. The pump I plan on having sent off to DPE (Diesel Performance Engineering) to have made into a 13mm, and some other trick stuff. I figure by doing this, when it comes time I could just swap it in place on a 12V P-Pump engine easily.

I got a laundry list of things I plan on running on the engine, just getting a start. Once we get this down I will expand so people know I have a good bit of marbles in my head.

24 valve head may not work to well with the 12 valve pistons. 12 valve pistons are alil offset to the exhaust side of the head as to where the 24 valveis injectors are directly over top of the piston. But I'd assume that if u changed the piston out it'd work. But I'm sure someone else might chime in on something I may have left out.

You can't use the 12V pistons event he marine ones cause of the offset, I knew when I asked this question you would need to run 24V pistons, on top of that I plan on running 24V Fly Cut pistons so I can run a big cam.
