could this be a CP3 problem, like a bad FCA? my opion no fuel=no power=no boost=wont start.....

That's my opinion also with the no fuel. The weird part is that I changed the first battery and it started ran for a couple mins then shut off by itself and no start after that

well, you could have easily toasted the FCA with jump starting it.
