X2 Its a Dodge thing to eat through front ends. Moog makes adjustable upper ball joints for these trucks which I installed in my fathers truck. It just adds +1 degree of camber. He has had them in for 90K with out any problems yet.... Knock on wood

Moog makes everything greaseable...

I went with Moog for ball joints at around 180k...I replaced every u-joint by 75k.

I think the main reason the OE ball joints fail so quickly is that they have little lubrication and once they get a little water in them, rust. My uppers and lowers were still in good shape, but sticky...upon disassembly, they were found rusted badly. My Moogs would expel free water and rusty grease when I added lubed them, until I finally got some good grease that is water proof.

once you replace em with a good greaseable one youll run another 100k+ A good mechanic friend of mine says its very common for em to fail pretty quick on these dodges but he also says that the chevy front ends are worse but i replaced mine on my old 06 at 90k and when i sold it at 186k they where still as good as new

Installed new upper and lower moog ball joints 90,000
Had my alignment checked and found both buttoms are loose again....127,000
Back at it for me......
At least I don't have to take it to a shop for $$$$$

More shop time for me
