ok guys was drivin my truck tonight went to get on it at a red light and it wouldnt go but when you let of the gas it will go. it has a buit auto with BILLET TORQUE CONVERTER but do yall think my torque converter is bad?

its not the torque converter its the Clutch are shot!!!!!! it had redline in it 
but guees i am going to put so ats in it. i wanted to know if i could use me torque converter still they wasnt any metal in the fuild its got a recon torque converter
