cirous as of how know or check if it is the turbo and what too look for on that pipe? Looking around I swear I have the lowest mileage on these forums!

Go to advance auto parts and pick up a bottle of Diesel Kleen injector cleaner. Bad fuel = dirty injector's

if your turn has some axial play it should be rebuilt. There will be some radial play that the oil will absorb. 90% of fuel mileage is all in your right foot. You can make sure your filters are good, wheels spin freely, brakes/ bearings and creating resistance. It needs to be hand calculate as well, don't believe the lie o meter.
