Well I'm typing this in case anyone decides to change it out. You need a tamper proof bit (middle is drilled out, with five teeth) from Cummins to loosen/tighten the bolts. If you can't get one, your stuck having them or the dealer change it out.

That's only for the 03-05, definetly know it doesn't fit the 07 from experience.
