I have searched and read alot on running additives with the fuel and have decided that I will run 2 cycle oil to start.

But, I haven't read anything about what 2 cycle oil BRANDS to use and what not to use.

any additional info before I start would be great.

buy it at wal-mart the ashless brand ive heard that alot on here and thats what i run in mine and actually has the wal-mart logo

 

The ashless or "low ash" formulas will be rated TC-W3. You'll see that on the label.

how much do i add to a full tank?

 

I've been adding 8 ounces to every other tank on my '06.

 

has there been a noticeable diffrence with the added oil? i used a injector/diesel lubricant and couldnt see much diffrence, if one at all, and that was for 2 or 3 full tanks of fuel

 

I run one ounce per gallon. It's good for 1-2 mpg and lubes all vital parts!
