Default boost pressure

I don't know if it's the cold wet air but I'm hitting 45+ psi boost!?? Would a plugged cat cause this back pressure? I have a 5" exhuast so that's the only thing that could restrict my exhuast would be the cat! CA is starting a diesel smog inspection this year so removing it is out of the question. That is untill I figure out an easy way to remove and reinstall on inspection day! is my turbo to small?? looking at twins right now!

Bit of a change in weather for ya ain't it?

Thats about normal for your mods and denser air. I can hit 45 psi at will with mine with just a Smarty.
