15 psi on a third gen should be plenty. But you may want to bump it up a couple - u look like you have some healthy mods. How low can you pull it?

I'm just setting it up now I can pull down to 0 on the stock lift pump! I'm sure I'm starving the system! However my rail pressure seems to be holding up at least for a while!
