Sent the unit to Edge for updates and a trouble code, reinstalled it the same way and now all displays read "O" no temps, pres. or anything ??? When I first put it in the first time as soon as I started the truck I had readings. Has anyone had this happen before? I have to drive it to work in the morning, hope it don't hurt nothing. Figures this would happen on Sun. when they are not open.

 

It's probably a loose connection. If it isnt a loose connection disconnect it before driving it, Chances are it wouldnt cause any problems and the problems are just in the monitor, BUT why take a chance on somthing silly? I've only had 3 edge boxes malfunction and cause issues (Minor problems) but if the customer feels they have a problem we always tell them to remove the box to cover ourselves!

 

Do I have to disconnect everything or can I disconnect the main harness from the black box and still drive it ?

 

Figured out the problem....they downloaded the wrong info into the monitor and are sending me a new one by this Fri.
