Default 03 Dually Rear Brakes

Ok ladies and gentleman, here is the new issue Im havin! Started to change the rear pads, shoes, and rotors on my 03 dually and ran into a mess just tryin to ge the rotors off. I have the 11.5 rear and a fella I work with tells me there are special tools involved, and the removal of the axel shafts is required for the completion of this job. Is this true, and if so what is needed? Has anyone done this, and does anyone have pics? Dealer wants $200 and that is not an option, dont have the money for that. Any help and knowlage from you all would be greatly appreciated.

pull the axle shaft bolts and hit the flat of the axle flange with a hammer to pop it, next there are the axle nuts remove them and then the hub will come off then you can unbolt the rotor install is just the reverse of that hope that helps man good luck
