I couldn't tell you what the EGTs were, but it was set on 9, and that was almost two years ago. I haven't put it on the rollers since the Revo software came out, but it seems to have a lot more power.
I'll tell you this though, Bway and I took the trucks to the Rockingham dragstrip and I had the Smarty on 5. Those EGTs were getting kind of toasty fast. I got scared when it hit 1450 and was climbing so I backed out of it.

keep with your "small" under $1000 mods and get a used turbo. They can be had in good shape for well under a grand. I suggest a S300 62/14 of some sort because it is perfect to toss a $500 S400 under to build a set of twins down the road!

If I didn't know any better, I'd SWEAR you and Tony KNOW me....

I am very interested in this, Bobby. Where do I look for the S300 62/14 and just for future reference, where do I look for the S400? Do they come in any specific vehicles?

Pending this development, I think for now, I'm going to proceed with the nitrous plans...
