hey all thought id drop a message to 04.5 owners, im picking up my truck either tomorrow or weds, depending how free i am.

what do you think of a bd diesel x-tuner?

 

Haven't heard too much about the BD tuners. Edge Juice w/ attitude works well or wait for the Adrenaline to come out for it.
For all out power the Smarty/ TST rocks.
Your gonna need to address the trans, valve body and torque converter at least.

before any chip I would suggest an after market lift pump, air dog or fass before ya burn up the cp3

 

just get a airdog 150? thats possible if ya recomend it
is an airdog a lift pump and a fuel/water sep or just fuel water sep?

 

its both the airdog is the lift pump and the fuel water separator, the raptor is just the lift pump with oout the filters. Congrats on the new truck

 

an air dog is a lift pump and has a filter for fuel and one for water
it also has a lifetime warranty when you send back the warranty card

dont waste your time with the edge... I had one on my 04.5... it made it run hot... I now have the standard PPE and i love it.

Definately get an AirDog right away.

Then just comes everything else... clutch/tranny, injectors, turbo... just depends on how big you wanna go....
