My '03 is all over the road, got a lot of play in the steering. I need to replace basically all my tie rod ends. Where is the best place to buy good steering parts? I usually go to napa. Dont think i can afford to get them at the dealer

Try Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto. Brand name parts for a lot less money than the local parts emporium. I've bought u-joints and such through them and they're top-notch.

If replacing the tire rods doesn't cure the wandering, you may be looking for a new steering gear box. Mine went out at 45,000 miles and it was hard to keep it between the lines on some roads. Seems like it's starting to loosen-up again now at 88,000 miles. Some companies make a brace to support the sector shaft of the gear box and I hear they work wonders, but I wouldn't put one on an already sloppy box (get your mind otta the gutter Whitmore and Beagle!)

Yeah, i saw the install in diesel power about that, looks pretty good. Also, my shocks may need to be replaced too, if im goin down the highway and i move the wheel left to right, the whole body seems to sway sideways, but the truck pretty much stays straight . And as for the gearbox, it wouldnt surprise me if its worn out, its got 220k on it
