Stock will support a ton of power, but more boost is more heat. More heat is not the hot ticket (excuse the pun). Porting will reduce egt's and if performed properly will spool faster while reducing EGT's. I have since found a good number of head porters out there. Also timing should be able to be increased to take advantage of the lower EGT's.
