Default Brake Problem?

I have a 04.5 dodge 3500 dually. When I was driving home one day it felt like my brakes were dragging. When accelerating I would have to give more gas than normal and when letting off the gas the truck would slow down faster than normal. I jacked up the truck and all the tires spun freely the fronts had a tiny bit of drag. So I don't feel like the calipers are the issue. Does anyone have any ideal what could cause that besides calipers?
