Depends on which one I believe there are 3. I don't have this setup but I am considering buying it. I was thinking smarty jr with insight or just going for glowshift gauges. I just cant confirm how this setup works.

It is NOT two programmers, the smarty is your programmer and the edge insight is for the truck temps.

Splitter won't do you any good and is not needed. You download the smarty programming at your desired power level, unplug it, than connect the insight into the obdII and away you go. The smarty and edge teamed up and have a feature called power on demand, it only works with the S-06, yet you can adjust in the tune you upload to the truck and on the edge insight you can get 1-99% of the power of that tune uploaded.

Tq would roughly be double the HP tune. So a 40 hp tune would be about 80 ft lbs of torque.

Depending on your year truck I would say get the insight, if you have a dodge older than '02 you don't get to see all the benefits from the insight. So I would go mechanical gauges.

Smarty Jr Setting #1: 40hp/80 torque
2: 70hp/140 "
3: 100hp/200 "

I could only find the numbers for the Jr, looks like you can just double the horsepower to get the torque amounts.

Thanks for all the replies and info everyone. The diesel thing is new to me and a learning curve, but it seems there is a lot of great potential with them and a lot of great products in the market.
Does the edge monitor everything from the obdII or is there sensors that I need to hook up? And if so how would you hook it up for the boost monitor?

I have a 2003 Dodge 2500 HO, would I get fuel pressure and rail pressure?

The edge monitor the following-

Accel Pedal Position
Barometric Pressure
Battery Voltage
Boost
Calculated Load
Corrected Speed
Engine Coolant Temp
Engine Speed
Fuel Level
Fuel Rail Pressure
Gear
Gear with Reverse
Intake Air Temp
Manifold Air Pressure
Mileage Coach
MPG Instant
MPG Average
Output Shaft Speed
Throttle Position
Time 0-60
Time 1/4 mile
Trans Temp
Vehicle Speed

Only sensor you would have to buy is the egt probe.

See above of the things the insight will read on '03 cummins.

Just purchased and installed the insight CTS over the weekend. Great buy and works great. I also purchased the smarty jr but had to take my rig to the dealership for them to write the full vin to my ecm for the smarty to work, otherwise I kept receiving an error on the smart saying bad vin. Works perfect now. Waiting for my probe to come in the mail and boost elbow to get the boost higher, only hitting about 24psi write now would like to hit about 32psi.
