I have a 03 ram 2500 with 5.9! My 4×4 isnt working. Everything electrical it showing it is workin and accuater is engauging also transmission goes in low range but front tires will not pull! Front driveshaft is connected an axles are in! I also traced vacuum lines but throughl! Dont know what else it could be any help would be appreciated!

 

Your inner axle splines are stripped in the spider gears. common on the 03+. they changed from Dana to AAM (american axle manufacturing) Mine did the same thing before I parted it. You can find them on C-list sometimes or someone parting a truck but you will be spending some doe.
A reabuild could be cheaper or maybe your local junk yard will sell the guts you need for it.
