Need help on my 06 Cummins I just put all the tie rods New n got an alignment but I can feel a knock on my steering wheel

Check for play in the steering box sector shaft, the vertical one.

How would I check that and i forgot to say that sometimes i feel it on the pedals

You need to get a bar on it and see if it moves up and down. The sway bar is a good place to pivot on .

Don't forget to check bushings on your track bar too they will cause the bump in the pedals.
