Well mule.. I looked at the wiring diagram in the ole chilton book and from what I can see is it could be a couple of different senerios.. cause it appears your headlights take the same route as my cargo lights do on my 06 and they dont work at the moment cause the stealership said they need to hook up the computer to it to see what's wrong with it... But anyhow.. your headlights switch, and multifunction switch both go through the instrument cluster. then go to your fcm/tipm (front control module/ total integrated power module) then to your headlights... And if all your wiring/ connectors are all good snug and not burned or loose, and the bulbs, relays, fuses are good.. If it was me I would go to the dealer so they can hook up the computer trace the shorting issue and you can fix the right part... But i would also check your batts, and connections, and probably the alt. cause my 06 was throwing wired Ecm codes and what not and I cleaned my posts and and it all went away.. just some ideas for ya.. if im wrong I hope someone else chimes in on this thread also so we both can learn haha.. man.. that's the only sucky deal with all the fancy electrical crap under our hoods..

If this don't help my apologies.. I don't want you just throw parts at it and costing you more money man

Is it just headlights flickering or do dash and dome do it as well? What about fogs?
