Nice sounds like fun haha... But yeah your MAP should create an electric pulse when actuated.

Heres some more backround info on the MAP sensor http://www.autoshop101.com/forms/h35.pdf

oh and when clutch is or out of gear truck will always rev up fine seems like it would only go dead when completely idling or under load
I replaced my Lift pump when my truck would die and take several seconds to start back up....I change the TPS and still get the P2121 code, I think the 2004 dodge are junk. Been trying to figure out those issues for 2 years now

well i replaced the lift pump put a new fass system in it and its running good starts right up maybe cranks three times and fires the problem now is its lacking alot of power with a smarty on level 9 and the fass system it should blow some smoke and im gett very minimal smoke never getting dead pedal or anything and she has lots of jam just not as much as before im think that it still could be the map sensor the lift pump was deffinatly a problem and the combination of the 2 made it horrible do think the map sensor could still be my problem?

What size fass did you get and how cranked up is it? My guess is you have it pushing to much fuel.

Or better yet maybe its not high enough especially if your running it at level 9, which is pretty high for a stock truck i would invest in a boost gauge. Wish you had a fuel pressure gauge it would definitely be a means to getting an idea of whats going on when you punch it. You may need to adjust that lift pump sounds like you may have got rid of the problem. I would try running it without the smarty once. And start tuning on that lift pump. My guess is due to lack of smoke especially with the smarty on that its not getting enough fuel and your just draining it... which be careful about mind you because you can do alot of damage running your fuel pressure low.

Oh yours might not be usually they say if they have an adjustable regulator. Regardless you may have another problem on hand.
