yes it is 4x4. so would i need bigger rims with 285/75/16?

No. stock rims are fine for 285s.

daully 255 80 r 16 or it might be 255 75 r16 bfg km2 there 33s that wont rub side walls on daullys

315/75/16 if you have leveling kit and spacers for the rear
