Dripping, or spraying? There should be a decent amount of fuel to the VP.

If there is fuel to the VP, crack some injector lines to bleed out the lines.

It was dripping but I had the banjo bolt all the way off. So I should just loosen it a quarter turn and bump the starter until it sprays out? :banghead::banghead:

Hmmm, might need to back up a little here.
Stock fuel pump? If so, block mounted or in tank?

How many times have you let the fuel pump run for the 25 seconds?

99% chance it it stock. Most of the time when an upgraded pump is installed, its frame mounted.

Try loosening the inlet banjo bolt a half turn or so, while bumping the starter to run the pump.

Ok the inlet bolt on fuel canister or #4 on the injection pump? My buddy told me he just opens the water drain valve and let's it crank for 10 sec. Which I don't see how that would work?

That wouldn't work very well at all. Crack #1 in the picture, fuel supply line.
