I can get a nice deal on some h2 rims and tires will they fit my 1999 2500 qcsb with 2inch leveling kit?

Yup... you can run your stock center caps with them too

im hearing that im gonna have to machine out the center on these rims. anybody have any experience with this?

YEP you will have to machine out the center a little. I have them on my truck I machined them out with a flush cut carbide bit in my rotor with some wd40 sprayed on the tooling ED
