Default Stock filter base removal

I have an Airdog installed and want to get rid of my stock filter assembly. It's been bypassed and abondoned for a while now. Was wondering what others have done with fuel temp, water in fuel, etc sensors. thanks.

I un-plugged all the sensors and filled the sockets with di-electric grease and shrunk tubed them closed off... If you DONT then they get water in them if enough gets in there it will short and turn on lights like "water in fuel". Not that id know or anything LOL!
