Default Fog lights not working.

I bought my truck and the fog lights have never worked. I put new bulbs in there, so its not the bulbs. Could it be the switch? whats the best way to trouble shoot this issue? I would love to get them working again.

Get a test light and see if there is power going in/out of the switch.

Test the wire coming out of the fog light portion of the switch to see if it has power.

There is also a relay under the hood for the fog lights. Swap it with one you know works, like horn, and see what happens.
