Default Soft Brakes

Hwy guys.

I just replaced my brakes today on my 98.5 Cummins. BY the way is somewhat a pain in the *** but any how, my brakes are softer than before, I can push the peddle all they way to the floor and I realy couldent do that before, the brakes pads before the change we worn down pretty good. I did not pull the brake lines and they dont feel spongy but there just softer than before was there something I forgot to do to rebuild booster pressure? I pumped the brakes for a while but no change so any thoughts would be appreciated, if this is my bein a Idiot let me know . thanks guys!

Try bleeding them. Air in the lines will definitely cause a soft peddle
