Default no boost

when driving normal i may hit 6psi and if i get on it its tops out at 18psi. cruising at 70mph it sits at 0psi. im thinking it may be the intercooler but want check everything b4 i going buying one. any ideas?

Also, what your reading boost on? Actual gauge or a tuner/display that uses MAP data...

RA is correct, list your mods... However when my MAP started to die it said similar things for boost in my Adrenaline w/ Pulse... 3psi on freeway 22psi max...

reading is on an actual gaugue from the intake manifold mods are 4in straight exhaust edge comp box kn intake afe intake manifold super b speacial turbo

With those mods you should be making more then 18psi at WOT. I would be checking all hose clamps on the boost tube connectors for sure.

Maybe the boost fooling has stopped working on the Comp.

I would start with boots on intercooler piping. Then check intercooler. Does your turbo have a wastegate? If so is it working properly? Make sure its not stuck.

I checked the boots and sprayed them with soapy water while the engine was running for leaks saw none if i disconnected the intercooler from the intake manifold and covered it engine at idle how long b4 it should have enough pressure to where i cant hold it there any longer

Tested intercooler and boots-good tested intake manifold into motor-good wastegate-good any more ideas? thanks
