i believe 750 in drive WITH a/c on is where u want it. i wouldn't go by the tach in ur dash either. they're all off a little bit.

I see 800 or so in gear and 900 in park ... you're fine!

I was reading on this lately and the screw that the dodge mechanic adjusted only screwed up your apps voltage. You are not supposed to adjust it unless you replace your apps and need to configure it for the correct voltage. Moparman1973 has a few articles on it (Mopar1973Man's Dodge Cummins Articles - 2nd Generation 24V Dodge Cummins) and you can search apps or go here Timbo APPS. He says to adjust the screw when replacing it to get things correct, but I do not think it will adjust your idle speed.
