Default Power Adjustment Screw Question

So here's what happened. I installed the 3200 gov spring and failed to measure the power adjustment screw position before backing it out. When I put everything back together it wouldn't idle and kept dying. I now know it was wrong but at the time we adjusted the idle with the power adjustment screw. Now I'm over fueling and pouring black smoke out when pulling a load. Can someone tell me if the power screw is all the way in how many rotation I should turn counter clockwise to get it close to right?

On my '93, I run my stock power screw all the way in. It bottomed out after only one turn or so with the collar removed. The non-IC pumps (or the screw itself) apparently have more adjustment.... so be sure of what you have, or be ready to block off your turbo with a 2x4 just in case.

You probably have to back out your starwheel and/or smoke screw to a less aggressive setting. I had to do this too after adding more fuel.
