Default hard starting

I have the truck in my signature, if truck sets over night or a long time threw the day, it will crank but wont start. i have noticed that when I turn key on and wait to start light has a delay, it never use to do this. also when truck fails to start it seems like raptor is running for longer than it should. Once truck starts you can turn off and it will start back like it should. I pulled cross over tubes and replaced o rings last week end thinking it was sucking air, but no luck. I have thought it might be intake heater but it seems to be working as it should. Help please, thanks

check the fuel lines coming off the tank to the raptor, and then raptor to the injector pump, or wherever it goes after raptor 100.. also check the injector lines from IP to blcock. could be a loose fuel line.. maybe?! just making a few suggestions.

also ... with truck running start cracking injector lines,.. make sure you are getting fuel to each injector. and not just blowing air.

thanks for the input, we have went over it time and time again. It seems like something electrical, am not getting any power to grid heater, and dash lights are working odd. The wait to start light will come on 20 sec after key is on, all other lights just work randomly. wish i could find what sends power to grid heater seleniods but got tired of messing with it tonight

Did you check the return valve from the VP 44? You may have two unrelated issues, but the power to the solenoids comes off the driver's battery. They are located on the fender below the battery. Your connections may be corroded.
