Sounds like the number 12 i.o.d. 10 amp fuse is for the interior of the truck. unplugged door switches, glove compartment, took out interior lamp bulbs, still draining.I am fairly sure i am at the correct circut as when I unplug the fuse the multi meter is under 0.025.
Anything Ideas? Thanks

 

youll have no comm. with ecm using a scan tool if that fuse is out, think the ecm uses that fuse too. how long did you let truck sit before you started pulling fuses? not for sure about dodge but sometimes it can take 15 to 20 mins for everything to shutdown on some vehicles

 

Yep. Need to wait at least one hour. The circuit will still continue to draw even after that point.
