Thinking I got a boost leak when I'm driving it gets up to boit 2000 rpm and bogs down then picks back up then when its sitting in idle it sounds like an airhpse pops off for a split second not sure what to start checkin any ideas guys?

 

Start simple, check intercooler boots, check the clamps make sure they're tight. Check codes, clean map sensor, change fuel filter..........

do your hear like a loud whining sound when the turbo is spooling cause if it is most likely you got a hole in the intercooler
