Default 99 24v heat issues

I was wondering if anyone knows a good replacement 3 or 4 core radiator. I seem to have slight cooling issues. I pull a 9000lb. trailer regularly and it does get hot here in the summer (95-100) but I want to help it run as cool as possible. I've cleaned the rad myself inside and out, flushed the system, replaced the thermostat, replaced the water pump, replaced the fan clutch, but it still runs hotter than I like while pulling hills. It's not the short steep hills, it's the long pulls up lesser grade hills that's killing me! It runs up to about 230 and takes a long time to come back down to 180 although it doesn't seem to ever actually overheat. I have an edge ez on stage 3, boost fooler, s&b intake, bd valve body and T/C but nothing outrageous???? maybe someone has another idea???????? Please share your ideas, I've run out of options other than getting a bigger radiator and maybe replace the temp sensor!

Does your fan clutch lock up? You'll know when it does, the fan gets really loud.

Default fan clutch

yeah, forgot to add that! It's been replaced too. However it does seem to lock up around 195 rather than 190. Do you know if there is a 180 clutch available? p.s. I edited the main post to add that in!

I just mentioned on another post, have you checked the front of the radiator for oil build up?

Electric fans can be turned on at any temp you like. It's an option.

Yes I have a cummins t-stat, I had an aftermarket one first but it wasn't worth a crap! I've thought about electric fans but I know someone else who has them (not sure which brand) and has had cooling probs while towing as well. Maybe these BTR 4-core radiator are the way to go? Sure couldn't hurt replacing that damn 2 core stock unit!!! I looked again at the radiator for build up but there is none front or back. Thanks again everyone for the help!

Derale Performance Dual Electric Fans

Flex-a-lite has a max of 5500cfm for both.
