Default 1999 dodge cummins overheating

aight guys got a problem i have a 1999 dodge 24 v cummins welding truck and recently i just installed edge juice programmer and 5 inch turbo back exhaust.ive been runnin it in tow mode and my truck temp keeps gettin hot so i changed thermostat and i still does it it doesnt get real hot as long as i stay under 60 mph.any help appreciated it seems like harder you run it the worse it is thanks

Do you still have the blow by bottle or draft tube? Might check the front of the radiator for heavy oil / road slime build up. It will cause a overheat. It may be required to remove the radiator and do a deep clean
