i have a 99 cummins with a 5" straight pipe and a bhaf i ordered a diablo power puck cause the biggest thing i haul is a 4000 lb car on a 16ft tandem axle trailer down the interstate i dont need 1000lbft of torque i mainly use it to haul my quad and my car although i want it to smoke like it has 1000lbft would a smoker switch work in my instance without throwing codes it is automatic or would the power puck alone make it smoke more?

sell the power puck and get a box the taps the pump wire and it will smoke and make power just not pretend. imho smoke switches are for little boys trying to look cool.

not trying to argue but i had a puck on a 99 2500 and it started to smoke after put on,it didnt black out whole highway or nothing but it did make truck smoke

 

yes little puffs, but nothing like my truck does now that i upgraded to my Quad Adr and 100 hp sticks
