Fuel Pressure ?

My fuel pressure gauge is at the bottom and boost is above it and I'm always checking them. And thanks again for all your help guys, I work on school buses and have found out what deisels are and what they are capable of but getting on here is a hole different thing. Thanks again and I will get picture up of my new bumper (I got for free) and how the new gauge (like you guys haven't seen gauges befor) 
I just put my new gauges in (Isspro) boost & fuel pressure it seems everyone on here said the pressure was a must on my year! So I put it in and I have looked at other post saying it should be 13psi at idle mine is at 11 1/2 to 12 is this a bad thing 1 to 1 1/2 psi lower then you guys say it should be, the only other reading I could get for now is WOT and that sits at 6 1/2 to 7 psi. My boost is another question for you guys, at idle 0 and WOT 20 psi are these good #'s? Thanks again for your help ( I know DAMN rookies)
