2002 Dodge Cummins Noise
Hi all: My truck recently developed a noise that sounds like a roaring noise from about 20 mph to highway speeds... It seems to quieten down when the brake is depressed and returns when the brake is released... The truck only has 58,000 miles on it .. It has an automatic transmission..Anyone ever hear of this? could be the brake rod grommet came loose and you're hearing outside noise. when you push brake, the grommet closes the hole a little more.
i would also suspect something to do with power stearing/hydroboost systems.
