IS there anything else done to your truck? Any type of fueling box/programmer? How about a fuel pressure gauge? They are a must for these trucks, you never want less then 10 PSI at your VP44 or you run the risk of burning out the electronics. As long as you don't go under 10 PSI, the 150's will be fine. Without a fueling box/programmer, I doubt you will.

I have not heard much good on the bd lift pump. I would get a fass system. I would not go with that big of injector if you still have factory turbo. I would say a set of gauges and a programmer would be better suited before injectors.

I would Buy a Smarty S-03 build it code reader. The Smarty has the potential to produce 140 hp with other supporting mods. You will like it better then the superchips. After that you might wanna try A EJWA or a Edge comp box especially if your planning on going bigger on injectors. I wouldn't wanna run more than 100 sticks with stock turbo, finding a HX35 and swapping out the HY35 will make some difference and help out EGT's

get an edge drag comp. the smarty doesn't add much hp to a vp truck compared to what they add to a common rail truck. I would sell the superchip the add a little but nothing like a comp.

Default In need of your expertise again

99 Dodgeram 2500 cummins with worthless lift pump. I tow a 5ver 27' 8500 to 13000.

Should i just go to the in tank pump or do you think I should upgrade the lift pump.

Thanks again for the help.

Intank pump is junk. Your best options are Raptor, Airdog, Fass or Fass HPFP.
