Default VP44 swap

Gonna be changing the injection pump due to failure. Can anyone point me to a website for installation instructions? Also what pump would you guys recommend and who's the best to purchase from? Thank you

It all depends on what you have. Most places require a core swap and will only accept what you have. For example if you have an H.O. pump, a company will sell you an S.O. pump but will require and S.O. core in exchange. Unless of course you want to eat the core. Then you can get whatever you want.

For installation, it's very easy and straight forward. I am a good example. I had never done one until last summer when mine went down. If you search on YouTube there is a guy that has a series of videos where he covers all the tools you will need and step by step video so you can see what you need to do. I will try to find the link for you when I get to the house. I'm at work and can't get to YouTube right now.

Most places will do half on the core these day. That means your only out $250.00 just depends how nice your parts guy is.
