intank pump or not?
ok guys i'm going to be upgrading to an aftermarket lift pump soon so I was wondering how do I tell if I have an intank pump or not? there's all sorts of questions about this and I cant tell! so any help would be great I mean there has to be some sort of way to find out.
Yep, thats a sure fire way to find out. Another way is to bump your starter, but do not start the truck, and leave the key in the run position. Then listen for where the humming comes from, tank or block.
I have a pump in the tank. How do I upgrade to an airdog/fass
I strongly suggest one of these:
DrawStraw™ V HiFlow
Then plumb the FASS/AirDog into it. 1/4 issues will be GONE. I have no regrets of installing my Draw Straw V.

look at the driver side back of the block behind the fuel filter... if you see a pump you know you dont have pump in the tank
