I just bought a super clean and nice '99 4x4 4-door dually with only 81,000 miles. I was surprised to find it has a Reviva reman motor in it already.
I've been stumped as to why an under-100k truck already has a new motor.

I pull a car trailer sometimes, but I bought it at 215k miles and it has a gooseneck hitch in the bed so I'm assuming it's pulled more
Looks bone stock, not even gauges...

currently does occasional light towing(2 seperate F250s in the last year, heaviest its seen in a while), but has done a fair share of heavy towing in its younger days
Fass 95gph, Edge ez with the 30lb. boost elbow (since around Feb. 2015)
Not a crack or sign of one yet.
