Default good hot wire

ok i have an electronic pyro gauge that i need to hook the hot wire up. is there a wire on the wiring harness that could hook it to? iv got it set up where it will be a parrallel circuit so it shouldnt mess with voltage anywhere i just need a wire to hook it to. thanks

PS: id prefer it to be a wire thats only hot when the key is on.

Check this out:

Most of the fuses in the cab are only hot when the key is on.

You could pull the spare fuse out of the cab fuse console, strip the wire, and put it where the fuse was. It's not the best, but it could get you by for now.
