2000 Ram 2500 24v 4x4 auto , Air Dog 100 is the only mod and I had this problem before and after the the Air Dog kit

No codes
runs slow at first for about a mile or 2 then it will get down to biz as normal

its like its in limp mode
feels like its stuck in 4th gear or OD
when i start the truck in the morning or even just after its been sitting for longer then 5 or 6 hours it will do this its very frustrating
I can even let it run at idle go back in the house for 5-10 min come back and drive off and it will be doing this problem for the first mile or 2

WTF

Please help the truck is flawless other wise

Check your codes...I had the same thing...I put a chip in mine and it fixed it. but it was really my vp44...so the timing of the chip helped me...check your codes And see if any vp codes come up

Try asking the folks in the 12v section they might have some good advice for you...either way mine was a timing issue with the injection pump. I don't know if it could be the sane concept
