My truck just started acting realy odd, when ever i give it gas, it takes off super slow like it doesnt want to move and its not getting fuel, until i reach about 10lbs of boost, it was fine all day until i got in it a little bit ago and then it started acting up

 

First thing I would check is youre fuel pressure coming out of the lift pump, I had almost the same set up on my old '99 and when the lift pump went it would loose power and low fuel to the VP is very bad it will still draws fuel but just not enough.
