Dim Headlights????

Default Dim Headlights????
My low beams are so dim I can't use them??? I replaced the bulbs to no avail. Has anyone had this problem???

I would check the voltage at the headlight socket to see if you have aleast 12 volts.A 12 volt DC bulb will light up at very low voltage 3 volts and give the dim effect.Thinking it may also be a grounding problem.
