Default Brakes locking up

My front brakes are locking up causing my pass side pads and rotor to catch on fire.... I was going down the highway and the truck shuddered a tad and the brakes got super tight... now its rubbing quite a bit. I tried to drain some fluid and re adjust them but their still tight.
A week ago I did put in power steering fluid id say like a 1/4 of a quart cuz I had a bad leak in the back and needed to make it home one night... would this effect things? Im lost...

Caliper pins are probably rusted preventing them from releasing

That or the caliper piston itself is froze up.
