we changed the injection pump on my dads 01 cummins and now the cruise don't work. it worked before the pump went. I have been reading that the computer just need to be flashed but don't know. Is this normal, or is there something i'm missing here.

any advice would be much appreciated

 

check the vac. line for the cruise. it goes under the driver's battery to the canister. mine was broken. it gets brittle with age and heat.

 

As advised, check all vaccume lines. And the servo is under drivers side battery.
