2002 Cummins Brake Rotor FAIL

I just found out the hard way as I rolled through the red light when my brake pedal went to the floor all the sudden. Drop your fuel tank and check that hard brake line that is hidden above it. When we dropped the tank to find the leak we found the whole aluminum line was rotted and fell apart tryin to take it out.

Sheez! My 98 has the stock rotors still and I have close to 200k on it. I'm not sure on my 95, I think they are stockers too, 270k on that truck. 5 speed though.
I'm in almost the same boat. Stock rotors got me around 70,000 and since then it's been about every 10,000 like clock work. I've tried from the cheapest Auto Zone ones to the most expensive EGR system rotors. Makes no difference, by 10,000 they are warped and ready for the scrap metal pile. Now I buy all Auto Zone Lifetime warranty brake stuff so I only pay once. Rotors, Calipers, drums, all of it cause none of it lasts on these trucks.
