Dead Pedal

intermiten dead pedal, truck dies will start after a few minutes, codes 1693, 216, 252, 253, does this truck have a rev limitor,

Don't quote me on this, but i believe the 1693 is a companion code, the 216 is an injection pump timing failure code and unfortunately throwing a 216.. along with the other symptoms you've mentioned just signed your vp44's death certificate.

I haven't the slightest idea what the 252/253 are
